1. Scope and publisher

This policy applies to the CertPath IT app and related support interactions operated by SupremeApp ("SupremeApp," "we," "us," or "our"). CertPath IT is independent study software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Inc. or CompTIA, Inc.

This policy does not govern Apple's App Store, payment services, operating system services, or other products that have their own privacy notices. Apple may process information under Apple's policies when you download the app, make a purchase, or use Apple services.

2. Information stored on your device

CertPath IT is designed to work offline. The following information is normally stored locally in the app's private storage and is not sent to SupremeApp by the app:

Local learning data is saved in the app's Application Support storage. The app does not need access to your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, camera, or health data.

3. Information we do not collect

In the current version, SupremeApp does not collect or sell personal information through CertPath IT. The app does not include a user account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, tracking pixels, or remote behavioral profiling. It does not send your study answers, progress history, bookmarks, or exam date to a SupremeApp server.

The app's privacy manifest declares no collected data types and no tracking domains. The app uses UserDefaults only for local app settings and preferences.

4. Purchases and Apple services

Exam packs are optional one-time purchases made through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment and may provide the app with product, transaction, verification, and entitlement information needed to complete or restore a purchase.

CertPath IT does not receive your Apple Account password or complete payment card number. We do not operate a separate payment account for the app. For billing, refund, payment method, or Apple Account questions, use Apple's support channels. Contact us for technical help with access to a verified CertPath IT purchase.

5. Notifications

If you enable daily study or exam countdown reminders, CertPath IT schedules local notifications through Apple's UserNotifications framework. Reminder times and enabled or disabled states are stored locally. The current version does not send remote push notifications or share reminder content with SupremeApp.

You can disable reminders in CertPath IT or in your device's notification settings.

6. Support, export, and sharing

When you choose to email support, the message, email address, attachments, and technical details you provide are sent to the email service used by you and received by SupremeApp. We use that information to respond to your request, investigate a problem, and improve support. Do not include passwords, complete payment card details, authentication codes, or real certification exam content.

CertPath IT can create a local JSON export of your learning data. The export is shared only when you select a destination using Apple's Share Sheet. The destination you choose, such as Files or Mail, handles that copy under its own policies. You control whether to share the export.

7. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

As of the effective date of this policy, CertPath IT does not send product analytics events, use an advertising identifier, serve targeted ads, or track you across apps and websites. There are no tracking domains configured for the app.

8. Retention and deletion

Your local learning data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or it is replaced through your device's backup and restore behavior. To remove it while keeping the app, open Settings > Delete local learning data and confirm. This removes plans, answers, bookmarks, feedback drafts, and mock history from the device. It does not revoke App Store purchases.

If you contact support, we keep the correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete a support message where we are not required to retain it.

9. Security

CertPath IT uses Apple's platform storage and access controls for data kept by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, backups, and any export you choose to share.

10. Children's privacy

CertPath IT is intended for people preparing for entry-level technology certifications. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Third-party services and links

The app relies on Apple's operating system, App Store, StoreKit, and notification services. Those services are operated by Apple and may process information according to Apple's privacy terms. The support page or an email link may take you outside the app; information you provide on another service is governed by that service's policy.

12. International handling

SupremeApp may receive support correspondence through email providers that operate in more than one country. Where information is shared with us, it may be processed in the country where SupremeApp or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law and the safeguards required in that location.

13. Your privacy choices and requests

You can control local data directly in the app by exporting it or deleting it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data held by us, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We will verify and handle requests as required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, email support@supremeapp.cn with the subject "CertPath IT Privacy Request." Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request a proportionate verification step.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate.
